Tanja Hafner Ademi

Tanja Hafner Ademi is the Executive Director of the Balkan Civil Society Development Network (BCSDN) since its launch in 2003. The network gathers 15 CSOs working on civil society development in EU Enlargement countries and beyond based on their established methodology – the Monitoring Matrix, which produces annual regional and 7-country national reports. She has lead the development of the network from the its project, informal phase to an established European network working closely with both national stakeholders, European institutions and donors on their policies and approaches towards civil society support and funding mechanisms via research and advocacy activities.
