“Trinidad and Tobago’s OGP action plan contained good first steps on open dataBy opening up data and making it sharable and reusable, governments can enable informed debate, better decision making, and the development of innovative new services. Technical specifications: Polici... and natural resource governance, although most commitments saw limited progress over the implementation period. The next action plan should focus on institutionalising civil society participation in the OGP process and address additional priority topics like government procurement corruption and open budgeting.“
