Tbilisi Preliminary IRM Review 2017 – For Public Comment
We invite you to comment on the Independent Reporting Mechanism’s 2017 Preliminary Review for Tbilisi’s OGP action planAction plans are at the core of a government’s participation in OGP. They are the product of a co-creation process in which government and civil society jointly develop commitments to open governmen.... The two-week public comment period closed on 21 February 2018.
In 2016, OGP started a pilot program for subnational participants. The program consists of 15 subnational governments who submitted action plans and signed onto the Subnational Declaration at the Paris Global OGP Summit, and are implementing them from 1 January 2017 to 31 December 2017.
As part of the pilot status of the reports, the IRM is releasing the 2017 Preliminary Review for Tbilisi with an evaluation of process and commitmentOGP commitments are promises for reform co-created by governments and civil society and submitted as part of an action plan.
