The report covers the implementation of the action plan from July 2016 through June 2017.
In El Salvador, findings from the IRM researcher, Jaime Ayala, are summarized below:
“On its third action plan, El Salvador expanded participation from CSOs during the consultation process. Commitments had limited progress during the first year of implementation.
