Hatem Chakroun

Hatem Chakroun,  general secretary  of the Tunisian Observatory for Democratic Transition.

He hold a master’s degree in political science, and preparing a doctoral thesis on parliamentary elites at the Faculty of Law and Political Science in Tunisia.

He is the coordinator of the academic training project on open government at the Faculty of Law and Political Science within the framework of the open government partnership project in cooperation with the World Bank.
