Florencia is an industrial engineer. Graduated at the University of Mendoza, Argentina, she has over 15 years of experience in the private sector and senior public management. She served as Administrative Secretary of the Honorable Chamber of Deputies of the National Congress of Argentina (2015-2019), Administrative Secretary of the Legislature of the City of Buenos Aires (2021-2023), and Subsecretary of Open Government and Accountability of the Government of the City of Buenos Aires (2020-2021). She chairs the Community of Interest on Public Projects (Buenos Aires Chapter), working to strengthen the implementation of methodologies that ensure a more efficient public administration at the local, provincial, and national levels.
