Abigail Bellows

Abigail Bellows is an independent consultant focused on topics of governance, including with OGP’s global team. She is also a nonresident scholar at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. Bellows previously served as a civil servant at the U.S. State Department, where she led initiatives on anti-corruption, and as a grassroots community organizer. She is a graduate of the Harvard Kennedy School and a term member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
