- Data availability: Most OGP countries in the European Union publish data online for 6 out of 8 assessed policy areas.
- High-value information: Few OGP countries in the European Union publish high-value information, like spending against contracts, lobbyist spending, and common identifiers to link datasets.
- Legal frameworks: Most OGP countries in the European Union legally require data collection in all assessed areas except lobbying.
- OGP commitments: Most OGP countries in the European Union have made commitments related to procurement and rulemaking, but not to other assessed areas.
