Colombia End-of-Term Report 2015-2017 – For Public Comment

En 2018, el Mecanismo de Revisión Independiente (MRI) publicó el informe de fin de término para el segundo plan de acción de Colombia. Este informe cubre la totalidad del periodo de implementación del plan de acción desde Julio 2015 a Junio 2017.

El investigador del MRI en Colombia, José Hernández Bonivento, resume los hallazgos del informe así:

“Con un impulso en implementación durante el segundo año, Colombia logra el mayor número de compromisos estelares en un plan de acción AGA. Asimismo logró cambios significativos en la apertura y accesibilidad de información en sectores como justicia, compras públicas y salud. Los retos a futuro son sostener el momentum de implementación, la ambición que caracterizó este plan de acción y mejorar los mecanismos de colaboración con la sociedad civil en el comité de seguimiento.”
