The report covers the full action plan implementation period of July 2014 through June 2016.
In the Czech Republic, the IRM researcher Pavel Černý, a lawyer with Frank Bold Advokáti s.r.o. law firm report’s findings are summarized below:
“All commitments were either completed or substantially completed by the end of term. While implementation was strong in this action plan, most of commitments focused on internal steps with minor influence on open government practices.”
And in Czech:
” Všechny závazky byly na konci hodnotícího období buď zcela, nebo částečně dokončeny. Ačkoli míra implementace akčního plánu byla vysoká, většina závazků se zaměřovala na interní kroky v rámci veřejné správy, a tudíž měla pouze omezený dopad na otevřenost vládnutí.”
