Digitizing the archive and open it to the public within the limits permitted by law
Action
The municipality seeks in the first stage to digitize the current documents and then, works in the second stage to digitize all archives, after training in the field for the benefit of the agents in charge of documentation and archives in the municipality.
Problem
El Kef municipality employees, archive documentation, and some researchers complained about the difficulty of dealing with the archive when searching for information.

Most of the commitment milestones were implemented as planned.

The commune of Kef, given the specificity of the project, showed a delay in establishing a study or having an example of archive digitization, which meant that the planned deadline only gave the study, specifications, and request for credit.
