Greece End-of-Term Report 2014-2016

The report covers the full action plan implementation period of 1 July 2014 through 30 June 2016.
In Greece, the report was written by the IRM researcher team at Openwise. Their findings are summarized below:

Technical specifications: Polici...; implementation of the third action plan will focus on engaging key stakeholders from the public sector and civil society in a continuous effort to pursue meaningful reforms.”

“Η κρίση χρέους και η κυβερνητική αστάθεια καθυστέρησαν την εφαρμογή του δεύτερου Ελληνικού σχεδίου δράσης. Οι δεσμεύσεις εστίαζαν στην πρόσβαση στην πληροφορία και την κοινοβουλευτική διαφάνεια, στερούνταν επαρκούς εξειδίκευσης για να οδηγήσουν σε ουσιαστικές μεταρρυθμίσεις. Το παρόν σχέδιο δράσης καταπιάστηκε με θέματα όπως τα φορολογικά και τα ανοιχτά δεδομένα, ενώ η εφαρμογή του τρίτου σχεδίου δράσης θα εστιάσει στην εμπλοκή ενδιαφερομένων από το δημόσιο τομέα και την κοινωνία πολιτών σε μια συνεχή προσπάθεια επιδίωξης ουσιαστικών μεταρρυθμίσεων.”
