Greece Mid-Term Report 2016-2018 – For Public Comment

The report covers the implementation of the action plan from July 2016 through June 2017.

In Greece, the findings of the report are summarized below:

“Greece’s third action plan covered several themes and contained express commitments from civil society, subnational governments, and Parliament. The two well-designed commitments on public administration assessment and public property open dataBy opening up data and making it sharable and reusable, governments can enable informed debate, better decision making, and the development of innovative new services. Technical specifications: Polici... saw limited completionImplementers must follow through on their commitments for them to achieve impact. For each commitment, OGP’s Independent Reporting Mechanism (IRM) evaluates the degree to which the activities outlin.... The next action plan could benefit from focusing on fewer, more well-defined commitments with actionable steps.”

“Το τρίτο σχέδιο δράσης της Ελλάδας κάλυψε διάφορα θέματα και περιείχερητές δεσμεύσεις από την κοινωνία των πολιτών, την τοπική αυτοδιοίκηση και το κοινοβούλιο. Οι δύο καλά σχεδιασμένες δεσμεύσεις σχετικά με την αξιολόγηση της δημόσιας διοίκησης και τα ανοιχτά δεδομένα δημόσιας ιδιοκτησίαςσημείωσανπεριορισμένη ολοκλήρωση.Το επόμενο σχέδιο δράσης θα μπορούσε να ωφεληθεί από την εστίαση σε λιγότερες, πιο σαφώς καθορισμένες δεσμεύσεις με ενεργά μέτρα.”
