Koprades procesā tika izveidots jauns ieinteresēto pušu forums. Apņemšanās tika izstrādātas, pilsoniskās sabiedrības pārstāvjiem sadarbojoties ar valdības amatpersonām. Ja procesā iesaistītu augsta līmeņa ierēdņus un politiķus, būtu iespējams plānā iekļaut efektīvākas apņemšanās attiecībā uz sabiedrības līdzdalību un ambiciozākus plānus saistībā ar lobēšanas regulējumu.”
