The report covers the full action plan implementation period of July 2016 to July 2018.
In the Republic of Macedonia, the IRM’s findings are summarized below:
“Implementation of Macedonia’s third action plan was collaborative, with 14 public institutions and several civil society organizations involved. Despite political instability and a change of government, more than half of its 33 commitments were substantially completed by end of term. Achievements include publication of financial data for several local governments and improved national budget transparencyAccording to OGP’s Articles of Governance, transparency occurs when “government-held information (including on activities and decisions) is open, comprehensive, timely, freely available to the pub... “Имплементацијата на третиот акциски план на Македонија се одвиваше преку соработка со 14 јавни институции и неколку граѓански организации. И покрај политичката нестабилност и промената на власта, повеќе од половината од вкупно 33 заложби беа значително комплетирани до крајот на периодот. Достигнувањата вклучуваа објавување на финансиски податоци за неколку локални власти и подобрена транспарентност на националниот буџет. Напредокот беше ограничен кај транспарентноста во изјавите за јавни набавки и средства.”
