Any activities conducted under this MOU are subject to their inclusionOGP participating governments are working to create governments that truly serve all people. Commitments in this area may address persons with disabilities, women and girls, lesbian, gay, bisexual, tr... in the Parties’ respective programmes of work and budgets and to the availability of funds. They shall be carried out in accordance with their respective rules and practices.
