We are having a discussion about how these kinds of reports, if they were put into a wiki format so that they could be re-edited, would illustrate the kind of co-creation, and inter-community team building, the OGP has always hoped to encourage. (See this comment’s Website link)
e.g. We know that the user marbronx is the main person who is ensuring the OGP’s Wikipedia page is being kept up to date, https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Open_Government_Partnership&action=history
But as they have no user page its impossible to get in contact and collaborate with them. If we were to have an IRM wiki page that pointed to the various IRM reports, in a wiki format, we might have some opportunity to get some collaboration.coordination between similar National and Local Commitments.
