In Moldova, the IRM’s findings are summarized below:
“Moldova’s fourth action plan continues initiatives on access to information and public services and also includes new commitments on the diaspora engagement and extending the network of paralegals. However, many milestones represent routine activities and fall short of transformative potential. Cu toate acestea, multe acțiuni reprezintă activități de rutină și au un potențial transformativ redus. Pentru a obține schimbări semnificative în procesul de deschidere a guvernării, în următorul plan de acțiuni trebuie să se ia în considerare măsuri care să consolideze practicile utilizate în achiziții publice, protejarea spațiului civic și creșterea transparenței și a integrității în sistemul de justiție.”
