Paraguay Mid-Term Report 2016–2018 – For Public Comment
En 2019, el Mecanismo de Revisión Independiente (MRI) publicó el informe de avances para el tercer plan de acción de Paraguay. Este informe cubre el primer año de implementación hasta el 30 de junio 2017.
Los investigadores del MRI en Paraguay, Camilo Filártiga y María José García Ascolani, resumen los hallazgos del informe así:
“Para el plan 2016-2018, Paraguay condujo un proceso colaborativo de co-creación. Los compromisos responden a áreas temáticas pero no responden a un diagnóstico claro de un problema público. Aumentar la ambición continúa siendo un reto para el próximo plan.”
