Peru Mid-Term Progress Report 2015-2017
En 2017, el Mecanismo de Revisión Independiente (MRI) publicó el informe de avances que cubre el desarrollo y el primer año de implementación del segundo plan de acción del Perú.
La investigadora del MRI en el Perú, Mabel Cáceres, resume los hallazgos del informe así:
El segundo plan de acción del Perú ha registrado importantes avances en materia de publicación de datos abiertos y participación ciudadana en el sector extractivo. No obstante, el foro multiactor creado para el seguimiento de los compromisos no funcionó durante la implementación del plan. La colaboración entre el Gobierno y la sociedad civil será esencial para desarrollar y ejecutar el siguiente plan.
