It covers the full action plan implementation period of January 2017 through December 2017.
The IRM findings are summarized as follows:
Seoul’s action plan focused on leveraging technology to improve access to information through data disclosure and civic participation. With high-level political support, the Seoul Metropolitan Government completed most of the commitmentOGP commitments are promises for reform co-created by governments and civil society and submitted as part of an action plan.
