The report covers the full action plan implementation period: November 2016 through September 2017.
The findings from the report are summarized below in English:
“While the Serbian Action Plan addressed many core open government issues, including access to information and civic space, it mostly lacked transformative commitments. For the next plan the national actors will need to identify how they can improve the overall ambitionAccording to OGP’s Articles of Governance, OGP commitments should “stretch government practice beyond its current baseline with respect to key areas of open government.” Ambition captures the po..., perhaps by closely integrating commitments with the relevant European Union accession requirements.”

“Iako je Akcioni plan Srbije obuhvatio mnoga ključna pitanja otvorene uprave, uključujući pristup informacijama i prostor za građansko učešće i delovanje, i dalje nedostaju transformativne obaveze. Nacionalni akteri će za naredni plan morati da ustanove na koji način mogu da unaprede sveukupne ambicije, uz mogućnost bliskog povezivanja sa relevantnim zahtevima za pristupanje Evropskoj uniji.”
