In Slovakia, the IRM researcher Mária Žuffová’s findings are summarized below:
“Slovakia’s third action plan focuses on the open dataBy opening up data and making it sharable and reusable, governments can enable informed debate, better decision making, and the development of innovative new services. Technical specifications: Polici... agenda in several policy areas. The consultation process for developing the action plan was open and inclusive with opportunities for various civil society groups to provide input. Establishing a formalized multi-stakeholder forumRegular dialogue between government and civil society is a core element of OGP participation. It builds trust, promotes joint problem-solving, and empowers civil society to influence the design, imple... could benefit future action plan design and implementation. The next plan could contain a smaller number but more ambitious commitments with clear links to tackling systemic corruption.”

“Tretí akčný plán Slovenska sa zameriava na agendu otvorených dát vo viacerých oblastiach politiky. Proces tvorby akčného plánu bol otvorený a poskytoval príležitosti zapojiť sa rôznym zástupcom občianskej spoločnosti. Sformalizovanie spoločenstva zainteresovaných aktérov by mohlo byť prínosom pre tvorbu a implementáciu ďalšieho akčného plánu. Ďalší akčný plán by mohol obsahovať menší počet záväzkov, zato však ambicióznejších a s jasnými prepojeniami na riešenie systémovej korupcie.”
