Board of Directors

The OGP Board of Directors provides the fiduciary and legal oversight of the OGP Support Unit and the Independent Reporting Mechanism, which is housed within the OGP Secretariat, a US-based 501 (c)(3) not-for-profit organization. The Board is made up of three to six Directors that are appointed by the Steering Committee. Directors must be members of the Steering Committee at the time of appointment.
