Problem
Citizens have limited spaces of engagement with decision-makers and subnational governments to effectively contribute to solve specific public issues.
Status quo
The potential of contributions of citizens in some specific public issues of the region is not fully exploited including cross sectorial consultation with engagement of civil society.
Action
Establishing and conducting public innovation labs using collective intelligence to find development solutions to two main topics:
- Ecologic and Solidarity tourism and the development of International UNESCO Geopark of Azilal.
- The development of food industries in the region.
How will the commitment contribute to solving the public problem described above?
The establishment of collective intelligence mechanism will support the region’s decision-making process with proposed solutions to specific issues.
