Description
“Voice of the Consumer” will increase accountability of the PSH to the public and will allow citizens to directly participate in improving service development and quality improvement processes.
At present, there is no mechanism for citizens to submit their feedback about the services and products delivered by PSH. The project “Voice of the Consumer” will guarantee direct participation of public in the processes in PSH.
