
Diana Bancheva
Diana Bancheva graduated from the American University in Bulgaria with a double major in History and Political Science in 2004. She has a Master’s degree in Management of Information Resources from the Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski.” Since 2004, she has been working at the Access to Information Programme Foundation, a Bulgarian NGO with 18 years of experience in advocacy for free access to information, transparency and accountability of institutions. Diana Bancheva has been the communications officer for AIP, coordinating a number of campaigns, initiatives and projects. She is the coordinator for the national Right to Know Day Awards Ceremony held annually on 28 September since 2003 in Bulgaria.
