Diana is the Deputy Presidential Secretary for Women in Guatemala. She is a sociologist with 18 years of experience in designing and implementing programs to address public issues, focusing on equity, closing development gaps, and results-based management in both the public and private sectors. Diana has expertise in national and local inter-institutional coordination, negotiation, resource management, and team leadership. She previously served as Director of Public Policy Management for Gender Equity at the Presidential Secretariat for Women.
