Dmytro Khutkyy

Dmytro Khutkyy is the Expert of the E-Democracy Group, Reanimation Package of Reforms, in Ukraine. He has obtained his PhD in Sociology at the Institute of Sociology of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and taught at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy. He conducted research programs in Austria, Estonia, Germany, Finland, and the United States. Besides, he performed expert consultancy for UNDP, OECD, eGA, EGAP, DRI, IRI, and other organizations. Within the Independent Reporting Mechanism, Open Government Partnership, Dmytro Khutkyy serves as an Independent Researcher. He conducts research, training, and communication to promote civic participation, good governance, and institutional change.
