Emily Kallaur
Emily Kallaur is a consultant in the World Bank’s Governance Global Practice, where she researches and writes about open government and sustainable resource management. Previously, she managed communications at Development Gateway, and worked with national governments to enhance transparency by implementing IT solutions. She holds a Master’s in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and a Bachelor’s in Commerce from the University of Virginia.
