Eric Jackson holds a BA in Political Science from Nebraska Wesleyan University. Through a Gilman Scholarship last summer, Eric witnessed the positive benefits of open data while working at the Institute for Development of Freedom of Information in Tbilisi, Georgia. He now works at the E-Governance Academy in Tallinn, Estonia, conducting research and participating in consultations with nations looking to improve their own e-governance capabilities.
