Fabián Soria

Fabián Soria (@lorosoria) studied Economics at the Bolivian Catholic University (UCB) in La Paz, and later a Master’s Degree in Development Studies at the Institute of Social Studies (ISS) at Erasmus University in the Netherlands. Fabián has ample experience in implementing and evaluating development projects. He has worked for multilateral organizations such as the World Bank and the Inter-American Development Bank in Washington D.C. as well as non-profit organizations.More recently he has focused on transparency, governance, civil society participation and ICTs. He is currently working for the Internal Reporting Mechanism (IRM) at the Open Government Partnership in Washington D.C.
