Gilbert Sendugwa is the Executive Director of Africa Freedom of Information Centre (AFIC). He has experience of nearly two decades managing and coordinating donor funded projects and consultancy teams. He has pioneered open contracting in Africa and coordinated implementation of several contracts monitoring projects funded by the World Bank and other donor agencies.
