Ifeoma Ologwa
Human Resources Associate
Ifeoma Ologwa joined OGP in October 2019 as a Human Resources Associate for a one-year Atlas Corps Fellowship.
She has over seven years’ experience in for profit and not-for-profit sectors, spanned across Consulting, Maritime, HIV/ AIDS, Youth Development, Community/ Public Health, and Peace and Conflict Resolution fields. She earned her bachelor’s in Business Administration and an MBA with a major in Human Resources. Ifeoma is a Work Place Dispute Resolution Practitioner from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand and a current Rotary Peace Fellow. As an assiduous learner with an astute mind, Ifeoma garnered skill and knowledge in Human Capital Strategy, Human Resources Wellness, Social sector leadership amongst others. While at ABN/ NCMG International, she functioned as Human Resources Generalist while also coordinating and designing programs within the country and internationally. She is skilled in strategic planning, programme development, recruitment and selection, employee engagement, fundraising, project co-ordination, partnership and coalition. Ifeoma’s dedication to the social impact sector left her awarded by the State Governor of Taraba and the Local Government Counselor in Wukari, Nigeria for her meritorious and selfless contribution to the state. Before coming to OGP, Ifemoa worked at the Institute for Work and Family Integration, providing human resources services, leadership oversight, developing operational and partnership strategies amongst other responsibilities.
