Maria José García Ascolani

Specialist with eleven years of experience in public policy, project management and human rights, local government, business and human rights. Currently researcher of the Independent Mechanism of Open Government Partnership for Paraguay. Master in International Protection of Human Rights at the University of Alcalá de Henares, Spain, and consultant on various projects of social sciense. Recently performs consulting work for the Center for Public Policy at the Catholic University of Asuncion, Paraguay; Mercociudades; Cladh and Association for the Advancement of Women (PROMU). Introduced on the issue of open government since 2013.
