Matthew joined OGP’s Independent Reporting Mechanism (IRM) in March 2017. In his capacity as a Research Officer, he conducts research and oversees quality control for IRM assessments of OGP action plans. He holds an MA in International Peace and Conflict Resolution from American University’s School of International Service and a BA in International Relations from Stonehill College.
