Milena Lazarević

Milena Lazarević is the Program Director at the European Policy Centre (CEP http://cep.org.rs/), and Katarina Kosmina and Dragana Bajić are researchers at CEP. They work on topics including public administration reform, EU integration, public accountability, and good governance, among others. CEP is an independent, non-profit, non-governmental think tank, based in Serbia and active in the Western Balkan region.
