Nout van der Vaart

Nout van der Vaart is a programme associate of the Open Government Partnership’s Civil Society Engagement team, hosted by Hivos in The Hague. He assists the Civil Society Coordinator in supporting national civil society actors in selected countries to ensure that they are well-positioned to actively participate in and make use of OGP for achieving their open government objectives; and is responsible for outreach and communications to the civil society community. He holds an MSc. degree in International Development Studies from Wageningen University.
