Pål Wilter Skedsmo

Pål Wilter Skedsmo is a Senior Research Fellow at The Fridtjof Nansen Institute. He holds a PhD in social anthropology, and specializes in civil society, environmental activism, and transparency in Norway and post-Soviet countries.
