Paul-Joël Kamtchang is a Cameroonian data journalist and data activist who is also the author of several books, researcher and analyst for several international organizations. He is the Executive Secretary of ADISI-Cameroon, a civil society organization that promotes access to information, open data, freedom of expression and media, research and study. He also coordinates a platform for the promotion of investigative journalism DataCameroon (www.datacameroon.com).
