Phaedra Vakouli

Phaedra joined the Open Government Partnership in April 2024.
As a Research Associate, she conducts research and supports the quality control for IRM assessments of OGP action plans.

Prior to joining OGP, Phaedra worked in international development project management, and as an intern for OGP’s Open Governance Leadership Collaborative (OGLC) program. She also has experience in her native Greece as a staffer in political campaigns, as a research assistant and as a copywriter at a major Greek bank. She is currently based in Berlin, Germany.

Phaedra holds a BA with honors in Political Science and Public Administration from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, as well as an MA in Development Studies from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva, with a semester abroad at the Hertie School of Governance in Berlin.
