Sarah Kennedy

Junior Program Officer

Sarah joined the Policy and Partnerships team of the Open Government Partnership in January 2024. She supports the team to develop and deliver thematic policy strategy, activities and services, hands-on coordination, administration and logistical support in areas including digital governance and climate.

Prior to OGP, Sarah worked at Capgemini, coordinating global initiatives around topics of public sector data, cloud, and sustainability. Other professional experience includes the European Parliament and the Hertie Centre for Digital Governance.

Sarah holds a master of public policy degree from the Hertie School and a BA in International Studies and French from Ohio Wesleyan University.
