100 iniciativas para una Justicia Abierta
A continuación indico aquí la relación de las -en torno a 100-iniciativas analizadas en mi investigación “Justicia Abierta: transparencia y proximidad de la justicia dentro del actual contexto de Open Government“. La idea era examinar iniciativas relacionadas con el concepto de Justicia Abierta (desde una perspectiva de la aplicación de principios del Gobierno Abierto en el ámbito de la Justicia) –habitualmente innovadoras- y que fueran facilitadoras y tuvieran ingredientes requeridos para que se pudieran incluir al menos parcialmente, dentro de una iniciativa en éste ámbito, tal y como se define en la investigación. La iniciativa podría ser estratégica u operativa, en los tribunales o fuera de ellos, procesal u organizativa… El hecho es que se centrase en el ámbito de la justicia y que permitiera vislumbrar un claro impacto positivo en la modernización de la justicia a través de la incorporación de la filosofía del “Open Government” y sus principios. No todas finalmente han sido determinantes, pero todas tienen interesantes elementos. Finalizada la investigación, os dejo a continuación la relación de estas iniciativas:
