En un esfuerzo por fortalecer la ley actual, la Cancillería del Estado y la Oficina de Prevención y Combate a la Corrupción creó mecanismos para facilitar el reporte de actividades no éticas por parte del gobierno. Estas autoridades sensibilizarán a la ciudadanía sobre los mecanismos de reporte y llevarán a cabo investigaciones sobre buenas prácticas para la protección de denunciantes.
