OGP’s Eastern Partnership Programme is a programme supported by the European Union that provides support and resources to reformers in government and civil society across the region. The programme aims to deepen reforms and advance bold, new ideas in accountable governance, fight corruption, promote public participation in decision-making, strengthen civic space, and improve citizens’ lives.
Phase I (2021-2024): EU for Integrity
In Phase I, implemented with the OECD’s Anti-Corruption Network for Eastern Europe and Central Asia, the focus was on:
- Implementing evidence-based anti-corruption policies
- Building open, inclusive, and responsive governments
- Enhancing citizen-centered service delivery through active civil society participation
Phase II (2024-2026): Road4EAP – Resilient, Open and Accountable Democracies for the Eastern Partnership
Building on Phase I achievements, Phase II aims to continue drive impactful reforms across the region by:
- Integrating open government and anti-corruption approaches into new reforms and action plans and beyond
- Offering tailored skill-building, leadership development, and learning exchanges
- Supporting civil society initiatives to strengthen reform implementation and monitoring
